I have experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Nonprofit Cloud, and Health Cloud. I have designed and built a customer-facing Salesforce Community. I have installed or maintained integrations between Salesforce and marketing, finance, and business intelligence tools. I am an expert at leveraging most of the declarative (non code-based) ways of customizing Salesforce including Flow, Process Builder, Workflow Rules, Page Layouts, and Formulas. I am detail oriented in doing data imports, exports, and migration. I relish the opportunity to talk to end-users when doing production support.
